Avocado, Mango, and Papaya salad

Ingredients
  • 1 large mango diced (about 2 cups)
  • 1 small papaya diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 avocado diced
  • ½ lime juice squeezed or more to taste
  • Pinch of salt (and/or pepper) to taste!
Optional: a tablespoon or two of chopped cilantro
Instructions

  5. large mango diced (about 2 cups)
  6. small papaya diced (about 1 cup)
  7. avocado diced
  8. ½ lime juice squeezed or more to taste
  9. Pinch of salt (and/or pepper) to taste!
  10. Optional: a tablespoon or two of chopped cilantro
  11. Instructions
  12. Dice mango and papaya and put in a bowl.
  13. Top with avocados.
  14. Squeeze the juice from ½ of a lime over the avocados and gently mix the ingredients.
  15. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on top to taste.
  16. Serve as a side to grilled meat, with greens for a more substantial salad, or on its own.
Makes 4 servings.
Tip: If you cut open an avocado and only want to use half, keep the remaining half from browning by rinsing it under cold water and cover. The exposed avocado should stay green for at least a few hours.
